How it works
The engine reads every approved result for the session, computes each student’s cumulative average against your school’s promotion rules, and produces a recommendation: promote, repeat, or review.
- Pulls only approved, released results
- Applies the grading scale and promotion threshold you configured
- Flags borderline students for manual review
- Lets the principal override any recommendation before anything is finalised
Why we never auto-promote
A number on a screen does not know that a student was hospitalised in the second term, or that a borderline case deserves a conversation. The engine recommends; the school decides. Nothing is committed until an administrator approves it.
