By accessing or using EduStack, your school agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
EduStack is a school management SaaS platform by Starnova Labs, covering enrollment, attendance, results, promotions, fees, and communication.
Access is provided through school admin accounts, staff accounts, and student/parent portal access. Schools are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials.
Schools must not misuse the platform, falsify records, or violate student privacy. Any abuse may result in suspension of access.
Schools own their data. EduStack processes it on their behalf and does not claim ownership of any school, student, or staff records.
EduStack is offered on subscription plans billed per term or annually. Refunds are issued on a 30-day pro-rata basis where applicable.
We target 99.5% uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance where possible.
The EduStack platform and its intellectual property belong to Starnova Labs. School data belongs to the school.
EduStack is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Starnova Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
Schools can cancel with 30 days notice. A full data export is provided before termination so no records are lost.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
