Starting Your First Academic Term

Before you can record attendance or results, an academic term must be active.
Steps
- 1Go to Admin → Academic Sessions.
- 2Create your academic year (e.g. 2025/2026) if it does not exist.
- 3Set the dates for First Term.
- 4Activate the term — if today falls within the dates it activates automatically.
⚠️ Note: Only one term can be active at a time. Activating a new term completes the previous one.
