Running Year-End Promotions

The Promotion Engine recommends which students to promote based on their cumulative results — but you always have the final say.
Steps
- 1Open Promotions at the end of the session.
- 2Review the engine’s recommendations and flagged borderline cases.
- 3Override any recommendation you disagree with.
- 4Approve to finalise the promotions.
⚠️ Note: No student is promoted until an administrator approves the batch.
